I have read the terms and conditions of the education provided by HREC on its website www.edu.hamsn.com and agree to them. I bound to the rules and regulations set forth by Hamsn Hk.Sb. and its daughter organisation Hamsn Research & Education Centre. If I am found guilty of voiding any rule, I will be punished with a 1 year study ban at HREC and cannot apply for any kind of attachment with Hamsn Hk.Sb. for 1 year from the date of revealation of the abovesaid violation of rules.

1. The tuition fees has to be submitted on or before 5th hours of study
2. HREC offers free 5 hours teaching to all new students.
3. The free teaching hours will be given once in the lifetime and he will not be entitled to another free 5 hours in other subjects.
4. If a student leaves HREC after attending free hours, HREC will NOT regard it as an 'Objectionable Act'. Such students will be entitled to tuition in future without free hours as they have already consumed them.
5. HREC assures the refunding of the money surplus to the deducted money to the leaving student. The money will be deducted in proportion to the number of lectures delivered to the student after reducing the free lectures offered.
6. At this phase, HREC have set the tuition fee as Rs.20/lecture. Rs. 500 will have to be submitted by the student within first 5 hours.
7. If a student fails to attend any lecture on his behalf, he can't seek refund of money for this lecture as it was scheduled to be delivered to him.
8. There is no prohibition on the dress to be worn by the student but it must be decent. Any dispute arising in this matter will be sttled down by the Process Auditor of HREC.
9. HREC will try to present every topic in most comprehensible manner. But if still any student fails to grab the topic, he is advised to contact the Tutor in this regard.
10. HREC doesn’t have any philosophy of making the students cram the topic. Rather it believes in the accurate comprehension of the topic. So big marks in the examination which is mainly based on attempting the question paper can’t be guaranteed by HREC, since the case depends upon the manner in which the student attempts the paper.
11. Any act of indiscipline which has some context with HREC, by the students will lead to 1 year ban on the entry of the guilty student in any of Hamsn HkSb Organization.
12. Parents/guardians are advised to monitor the performance of their ward and try to know whether their ward is showing interest in studies or he is indifferent to the studies. Due to lacking interest of the student, HREC can’t be blamed.
HREC wishes success to the aspirants of education!

1. The student will be required to register himself with the official website of HREC by providing the details sought. The registration can be done through any internet supported computer.
2. There is no charge for registration.
3. After getting registered, you are required to approach HREC and fill a hard copy of the registration form and sign it at appropriate place.
4. Once the Registration form is submitted at HREC, the schedule of classes will be dispatched to the student in hand or by an e-mail or by an sms.
5. The teaching will be done on MS-Power Point until the topic becomes too ambiguous to be presented on MS-Power Point.
6. There will be sms alerts to notify the students about any change in schedule of the classes.
7. Daily chapter summary will be sent to the students on their mobile via sms.
8. The questions related to the chapters are most welcome. These can be asked either on the website or to the Tutor personally.
9. The student’s attendance record will be available on the HREC website which both students and their guardian can view at any time.
